Tracy James has been creating cakes for the past 10 years and now teaches the art of sugar craft to others and is City and Guild qualified. Tracy decided to set-up Three Tiers due to demands for her work and recommendation from many customers. So what was once a hobby has now turned into a very successful business enabling Tracy to continue with her hobby of sugar craft and provide stunning cakes for all occasions.

Choosing your cake is not an easy task and we will be pleased to provide you with all the answers to the questions you may have regarding your special cake.
We offer a no obligation consultation service whereby we will meet with you and discuss your ideas and design your cake for you. Our personal and professional touch ensures your cake will be unique and individually designed and decorated to your specification and colour scheme.
