Cake information

Three Tiers can provide two tier wedding cakes, three tier wedding cakes, four tier wedding cakes, or as many tiers that you wish. We provide a personal delivery service which is available for all our wedding cakes.

You can choose from a number of cake coverings which are sugar paste (available in all colours), milk chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate cigerellos, Chocolate ganache (a rich glossy coating) and traditional royal icing.

Wedding cakes are usually served in 1inch (2.5cm) pieces the actual size of the slice depends on the height or the tier

Sponge cakes are generally served double this size

Square cakes provide more portions than round cakes of the same size
